I hope this newsletter finds you strong, happy and well this week my friends!
I am already 2 weeks into a progressive recovery , which fascinates me as to how the body works to repair, mend and heal. I notice, can feel and appreciate the changes every single day and am feeling so good! I am also respectful of staying within my physical limitations despite my mind desperate to do more!!!!!
Since discovering the Placebo Diet I have certainly had a better understanding and respect for the part I need to play to help my body be the very best version of me - even more so during this convalescence. One of my main concerns was to avoid gaining any extra weight knowing how inactive I would have to be to start with.
Good nutrition in accordance with the Colour Code System principles. of good quality protein (mostly vegetable protein), a copious array of veg with some fruit, minimal starchy carbs, Daily Tapping and visualisations. Also kombucha and kefir daily to rebuild the gut health after anti biotics is all proving its worth.
So far so good and actually, 5lbs down which I am determined to remain at until I am back full throttle at Lindsey Fitness Classes. I am also 'Priming' for the September Reset to do along with those participants who have now booked.
I am delighted to look ahead to restarting classes in a few weeks time and the booking schedule is now available from this coming Monday places to be booked (See below). I can't wait to be back firing on all cylinders - Have a great week everyone xxx

"When I was 55, I received a seriously high cholesterol result of 10.8. I always considered myself healthy at 5ft 7inches, 10st 13lbs, normal BMI, regular exerciser. How wrong could I have been! I spent the next 5 years trying different diets to reduce my cholesterol,
