Sunshine all the way this last week, with glorious blue sky's, hot, bright days and steamy, humid nights. Hydration of course is more important than ever so please keep a water bottle, topped up , and within reach at all times please - day & night!
Last week I had the absolute pleasure of spending an exciting day with Placebo Diet Author & Creator Janet Thomson at Champneys. Janet was back running one of her fabulous 4 night stay retreats, the first for over a year. She also asked me to present at part of the morning session to the group of lovely participants which was an absolute pleasure.
The retreat is an opportunity for participants to address issues surrounding food and weight loss and to learn how the mind works and how it can be used to help transform the body for the better. They also learn about the Colour Code System and how to use it with the mindset techniques they can now implement for improved health and sustainable successful weight loss. After a fabulous nutritious lunch each day the
time is theirs for beauty treatments and pampering. There is also the opportuning for a 1:2:1 consultation with Janet herself.
The retreats are hugely popular for those who realise they need and want to change from old habits and cycles that have plagued their lives and health for so long. Janet works the Placebo magic and participants leave empowered, educated and confident for a new way forward!!!!
