This is what Michelle wrote after her first Reset ....
"Feeling fantastic! What a wonderful start to my journey, I have lost 9lbs and 9.5 inches overall, and I have gained so much more energy and positivity. I am so much more motivated in all elements of my life now, loving it.
It’s so true, you are what you eat! I feel so much better in myself and about myself. I am starting to feel more confident, and to love and respect my body, as I only have one!
I now enjoy planning and preparing food again, it’s no longer a chore, and I love eating it. I have learned to listen to my body and become more in tune with it, knowing when I am hungry and not just bored. I no longer even think of snacking especially in the evening, or grabbing rubbish food when the children have stressed me out. Thanks to having a better mindset and positivity I haven’t
actually felt as stressed out with them as I normally would do.
Thank you for all your amazing support and inspiration Lindsey, I have thoroughly enjoyed the morning HiiT, and knowing you are always there is fantastic.
Thank you Janet for a fabulous programme, I have enjoyed every element, the food, listening to the audios and feel so much better from tapping.
