It's 51 weeks since we first entered lockdown - whoever would have thought we'd still be here almost a year later!! Now however (and at last!) we have a roadmap to bring us back out. Albeit stepwise we have a direction on how we can get back to some normality as safely, efficiently and effectively as possible.
In readiness for what is to come, are you as ready as you can be, the very best version of you mentally and physically to go forward into a world that has changed - probably forever?
We know it is imperative we take responsibility to be as healthy as we can be physically - there are no guarantees of course - but there is so much that we can do for ourselves, to help protect us going forward for what is or maybe to come

I am as dedicated as ever (probably more so) to help those who truly want and need to make that change for the better. I am so excited this week to be 'resetting' myself alongside a brilliant group of newbies and previous participants as we started our 14 day Intermittent Colour Fast program on Monday following a week of preparation in a closed Facebook group.
The preparation week is invaluable to get everyone familiar with the resources, recipes and the timetable format for these two weeks. The excitement and positive mindset to get going early on Monday morning with the Live mini HiiT Session has ignited us all this week. The 'smug' shopping for the delicious recipes in the program was proudly posted with an abundance of pics (see one above) and commencement of batch cooking in order to be ahead of
the game with delicious, healthy 'ready meals'.
Nutrient dense meals that will be the building blocks of our reset as our bodies , cleanse , renew and repair in the fasting windows of this program over 2 magical weeks. Literally resetting blood sugar and hormone levels, reducing cravings, improving quality of sleep, better mood, positive mindset and increasing energy levels.
It's one of the Placebo Diet programmes I have been running now for nearly 3 years alongside the Colour Code Nutrition System as part of Lindsey Fitness for those who want to stop the 'dieting' mentality having tried (and failed again) to sustain weight loss from diets that are based on deprivation and processed quick fixes, - this yo-yoing is as exhausting as is disappointing both physically and mentally.
