What a difference a week makes! It was so WET, WET, WET - at one point I considered starting to build an Ark! I hope you have managed to stay dry, safe and well in this twenty second week of lock down.
Plenty going on at Lindsey Fitness Home online this week . I have been introducing elements of a new dynamic class for improved Mobility and Flexibility hence the name FLEX at the HiiT sessions and will continue to build on this to become a brand new exercise feature on the timetable later this year.
A wonderful testimonial was received from a TFT client I saw some months ago prior to lock down - do have a read later in this newsletter and consider how TFT might help you or someone you know.
With the last few places filling -( just 3 left at this time!) for the September Reset I was delighted to be contacted by a previous member who last attended classes some 14 years ago! We had a lovely Face Time chat and it was clear she had reached her 'Tipping Point' and has now really made the decision with herself to do something about her health and weight. Not wanting to go back to the same old , same old 'Diet' Club
regime - which she stated quite firmly doesn't work long term at all came the realisation of the need to really do something. This is key and means she is ready, and I am able to help, educate , support , direct and encourage.I can't wait to start work with yet another newbie to the Placebo Diet Programmes.
After Michelle's stunning pictures and update in last weeks newsletter I got in touch with Sam from Wiltshire who took part in the July Reset to see how she was getting on.

THOUGHT FIELD THERAPY HERTS
I was so happy to receive an e mail from a client I saw for a TFT session some months ago prior to lockdown .
Here is what Sarah wrote...

I am so very excited to be bringing FLEX to Lindsey Fitness Classes following CPD Training last Friday - all virtual of course but it works incredibly well!
There were 60 Instructors from all over the world. taking part in the inaugural Launch of this fabulous new fitness session. This new programme from Rachel
Holmes (who originally trained me for HiiT and Fitness Pilates) is to help strengthen and lengthen muscles, tissues and ligaments , increase range of movement in joints, improve posture and help prevent injury in a dynamic and innovative fashion.
I have introduced the dynamic FLEX warm up in the HiiT sessions this week and will continue to bring elements of the Flex programme to the HiiT classes (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) in the coming weeks before launching it as a class later in the Autumn.
It includes using some equipment at different points, but I will demonstrate this and offer options . It is increasingly obvious that having a set of home equipment to enhance your Fitness is extremely beneficial-and doesn't have to be expensive.
I will of course guide and advise you accordingly.
So come on in and give it a go !
Our weekly Zoom sessions will resume on Friday 4th September
