We had a somewhat heartfelt and obviously much needed ZOOM chat last Friday on how we are coping and what has now changed in our lives forever. IT'S GOOD TO TALK ... and we all felt very much better for it.The ZOOM chat is open to all every Friday 10.30am
We will be joined this Friday by Hairdresser ...... who will be giving tips and advice on lockdown hair styles and home hair care treatments. - can't wait !
Classes continue to thrive online and as mentioned there will be a couple of adjustments from July which I will confirm next week.
I am also really, really looking forward to joining some of you on this Saturdays Webinar with Janet who will be delivering her New Come Alive Now! Program (See later in this newsletter). It is always so wonderful and interesting to hear from Janet and this will be
the first of many in this forum for sure.Janet is always on top of the very latest research for nutritional health and weight loss and works tirelessly on developing her programs to reflect that - we are so lucky to have access to her knowledge which is always delivered in a way that we can understand and use.

I recommended right at the start of lockdown the importance of having a strategy and a vision in place to help adapt to the situation we were facing in order to be the very best version of you . When you are the very best version of you - physically, emotionally and mentally - you are in the best place to cope with everything and everyone else. That might include family,a busy or different work schedule and all manner of
challenges and circumstances and most importantly lowering your COVID risk of course. A vaccine is still being sought and one concern is it won't be as effective in those with compromised health which includes being overweight!!!!!
