Sending my love , strength and positivity again this week - as restrictions lift in the 11th week of 'lockdown', although we await the consequences of this initial stage with continued caution of course.
Lindsey Fitness Home Classes will continue online for the foreseeable future for you to enjoy safely and effectively in the comfort of your own home. I have no intention to return to classes at venues unless it is absolutley, perfectly safe for all concerned to do so.
