I hope this e mail finds you continuing safe and well as we approach the end of our ninth (can you believe it !) week in lock down and embracing (hopefully) or at least accepting a whole new way of life for the time being at least.

This week I wanted to touch on mental health in these challenging times. How are you coping ? How are family and friends coping?
As you may or may not know I am also a Thought Field Therapy (TFT) Practitioner and over these lockdown weeks have been consulting remotely with clients to great effect to help relieve emotions that have in recent weeks become overwhelming and unsettling to the point they are impacting everyday life.
Anxiety, worry , stress and fear are normal and good emotions to have of course to support our fight, flight, fright reflex response.
But they can become detrimental to our health and wellbeing when they become heightened to the point of overwhelm and then in turn impact our daily lives and how we function.
TFT is an extremely effective tapping technique that provides an algorithm or code to unlock nature's healing system, bringing rapid relief to all kinds of emotional and psychological distresses. It is a drug free, gentle and non invasive method of literally tapping into the body's energy system (meridians) to activate natural healing.

The May Reset Group are in their last few days and I am just filled with anticipation for their results not just weight and inches but more their testimonials on how proud of , thrilled and confident they are to continue their health regime like never before. .
