As always, sending love, strength and continued positivity to you in this 5th week of 'Lockdown'.

Thank you and well done to members joining me online and LIVE again in this 5th week of lockdown. It is such a joy and a privilege to be able to share 13 Lindsey Fitness sessions with you and the Zoom group meetings - and great to hear how you feel you are benefitting from them,

From last Friday's morning Zoom it was very apparent how many are getting so much from the Mobilisation and Mindfulness morning sessions to start the day - I am joined by around 20 people on the early LIVE first thing and others doing it on replayat a time to suit them- to just breathe , move and contemplate as we start our day. It has become such a lovely and necessary norm for us to begin the day CBE (Calm, Balanced and positively Energised!)

The Fitness Classes too are being enjoyed too, and HiiT along with the Fitness Pilates are proving a new and surprisingly enjoyable discipline to many - well done!

We continue with great Home Beauty Tips from Jane and beautiful musical performances from Joely every week - how lucky are we!

I'll certainlty be there to listen to Janets Nutritional Wisdom , which just makes so much sense. We know from the news that it has never been more important to be as healthy as possible ...and knowledge is power . So I can't recommend highly enough to be there to listen in and learn more to be the very best version of you!

We Just Keep Moving....MORE!.........Members of the Lindsey Fitness Running Club are upping their game every week! . I was thrilled to announce here last week that our collective walking, jogging running mileage total was an outstanding 534.9 miles - due to a blip in the formula - it was actually 550,25 miles!!!!

Well this weeks (Sunday - Saturday) was a jaw dropping...

623.55 miles!!!

(Thats 1577.22 Miles in just 3 weeks)

I think you'll agree its quite an amazing achievement, with all members stepping up to keep active with outdoor activity as recommended at this time.

Also on our minds this week are our Marathon Heroes , who have been training long and hard for many months for the Spring Marathon Season which for the running club would have started last Sunday with the Brighton Marathon, followed this weekend by the London and May Bank Holiday Milton Keynes Marathons.

So whilst out on my Sunday run and idea came to me .....Marathon runners are incredibly focused on the date of their Marathon right from their entries being accepted many months before. Everything they do from that moment is geared towards that day, that goal ,that fund raising , that finish line and the medal!

This Sunday would have been be the 40th Anniversary of the London Marathon - (now postponed until October 4th ) hailed the 'World's Greatest Marathon' with 5 Lindsey Fitness Members (including myself) taking part......sooooooo

This Sunday I would like to announce the

Lindsey Fitness Running Club Virtual London Marathon

Running Club Members are taking part with our Marathon runners in teams to individually walk,jog or run covering distances from 5km to 13.1 miles to complete the marathon distance of 26.2 miles between them on London Marathon Day this coming Sunday 26th April - the response has been brilliant and I so proud of us all for doing this in support our own Marathon Heroes and the Charities they are raising funds for.

Can't wait to report back in the newsletter next week!

"I am a first timer to the Placebo Diet Colour Fast Reset and I have to admit the cost of the programme and the commitment (finding the right time) has always been a factor.
