We are so restricted by what we can and can't do right now and for the foreseeable future, but what we very much CAN do is take the very best care of ourselves!
It would of course be easy to not bother with these long days, to just sit around and watch Netflix box sets and snack and pick on anything that comes to hand (because you bought it) because you feel, anxious, down and bored.
This could result in low mood, low energy, reduced immunity and weight gain!

* Only buy food that is nutritious that your body will love and benefit from.
