Join me for a 15 minute wake up and embrace the day mini session of mobilistation and mindfulness to put you into positivity at the start of your day!
Monday - 7pm - Lounge Aerobics - Simple , safe , effective - FUN!
Tuesday - 6.30pm- Lounge Aerobics
- 7.30pm - De Stress Fitness Pilates -
Stretch, strength, flow and balance
Wednesday - 10.30am - Lounge Aerobics -some seated exercise sessions coming soon too!
6.30pm - De Stress Fitness Pilates
Thursday - 6.30pm- Lounge Aerobics
- 7.30pm - HiiT Fitness Bootcamp
Interval Training - Cardio, Strength, & Conditioning
Friday -6pm - De Stress Fitness Pilates
Saturday - 8am - HiiT the Park - Moneyhole Playing Fields
