I hope you and your families continue to be safe and well at this trying time .
The decision has been made to postpone classes from this Thursday 19th March in line with Government recommendations to avoid non- essential travel and gatherings for the time being.
(Tonights Monks Walk and tomorrow's Wednesday Morning classes will run as timetabled)
Physical Fitness and mental health has never been more important not least of all for immunity and well being . With that very much in mind (and you can't keep a good instructor down!) I WILL be continuing classes in an online capacity.
I am aware that some members are not tech savvy , but please don't worry as I will relay step by step instructions in due course - if I can do it anyone can , believe me!!!!!! So please bear with me while I set things up over the next few days.
I have run a Private Facebook group Fitness Pilates Class on Wednesday evenings for some time now and it works beautifully.
Participants can join me LIVE or have access to all the sessions to use at a time to suit them as often as they like. If you are a Tuesday or Friday Night Fitness Pilates Member and are not currently in this group please message me and I will add you in. (Please friend request me if we are not already)
I am also investigating ZOOM on line sessions for my other classes and outdoor sessions for the Saturday HiiT.
