Oh my goodness what a week for us all!
Firstly I am sending my love and positivity to you all at this challenging time to stay safe , healthy and strong.
You will know by now that in line with Government Health recommendations to avoid unnecessary travelling and group gatherings classes have been suspended temporarily. My lovely venues will keep my booking slots for me in order for us to return as soon as it is safe to do so..
However you just can't keep Lindsey Fitness ( or a good instructor!) down as we are simply going to continue classes online LIVE from my lounge to your home!
It has never been more important to stay fit both physically and mentally at this time through good nutrition and of course exercise both of which will improve immunity as well as mood. My aim is to ensure that you continue to be the very best version of you at this challenging time effectively albeit in a different forum....... Facebook!
I have created 3 groups..and added you to the groups according to your level of membership

Some members are already familiar with exercising on line with me from the comfort of their own homes in the Wednesday Fitness Pilates Group and in recent years with my A.C.T and now the Reset Programmes and it really couldn't be simpler for those that are a little 'techyphobic' ..... If I can do this , you can too I promise!
So my lovely friend the very brilliant Rachel Levy at The Marketing Hive has put together a very simple step by step guide here for those not yet on Facebook . It involves nothing more than creating a profile and friend requesting me after which I will pop you into the group to join me for your classes . No one but fellow class members will know you are there as the groups are Private - same as at classes
really .
I have already been inviting you into your class groups so that you can find me ready for classes as normal' next week from Monday LIVE from my Lounge to yours - Simples! The response has been brilliant - Thank you!
Have a read first and do ask someone in your family to help here if you are still unsure....they will be happy to help.
Creating a Facebook account is free, and will only take a few minutes J
Step 1. Creating your account
- Open up your internet browser and type in the Facebook address or click on this link https://www.facebook.com/
You will need to be at least 13 years old to create a Facebook account - I think we are all safe there ;-) You can only create one Facebook account per email address.
- Enter in your information. On the Facebook homepage in the form fields enter in your first name, last name, email address, password,
birthday, and gender. You must use your real name for your account. Nicknames are allowed as long as they are a variation on your real name (Becky instead of Rebecca, for example or maybe your first and middle name).
Don’t forget to create a password you will remember.
- Click the "Sign Up" button. If all of your information is correct, you will be sent a verification email to the address you
provided.
- Open the verification email. Log into your emails (the one you used to sign up with) and check for a verification email from Facebook. It
may take a few minutes for the email to get delivered. Click the link in the email to activate your account.
Step 2. Setting up your profile
- Add a profile picture. The first thing you should do after creating an account is add a profile picture. This will allow others to quickly see who you are (and help me to find you to add you to my classes!)
- Find me! You can search for people by their name or email so search for me in the search box, ‘lindsey peters’,
I will be sent an invitation to accept your invitation, once I accept we are then friends J
- Join the group. Once we are ‘friends’ I will send you an invite to join the ‘Lindsey Fitness at Home ‘private group. You just need to accept this notification
4. Voila! Once you are in the group you will be able log in and join in classes from Monday!
