Looking after yourself physically and LOVING yourself mentally has never been more important. I was so thrilled this week to be invited to the Maple Primary School in St Albans to deliver a talk at a special assembly to kick off their Wellbeing Week.

I then taught seven fitness sessions across the day to all the classes with ages ranging form 4 - 11 years - what fun!!!

Each session finished with a mini TFT sequence to calm and balance them for the rest of their day.

I was delighted to meet a Children's Mental Health Practitioner who had also been invited in and will be talking with the children about their thoughts and emotions, what they mean and how to deal with them as they grow- never has this been more important and I think this is a fantastic initiative at such an early stage in their development.

From my work as a Thought Field Therapy (TFT) Practitioner - it is clear many of my clients have emotional issues that they have carried since childhood, impacting their lives in such a negative way. TFT is a powerful and non invasive approach for helping change this.

* Six Mixed Teams of 7 - 9 participants

(Minimum of 7 people required for a full team)

* £10 Entry Fee per participant

* Enter as a Team or an Individual (Boys and girls 14 years and above welcome))

* On the Day Raffle and refreshments - all proceeds to The Willow Foundation

* Supporters Welcome!

* Each Team will play 5 games of 12 minutes
