The energy and positivity is palpable as members return to classes and new members join classes to take responsibility for their fitness and nutritional health.
I am super excited to be delivering the Placebo Diet Nutritional Coaching to a new intake on the January Offer -to come and find out about the Placebo Diet, and in the first instance where they are from a health perspective with their weight and fitness.
In the first week we simply talked about about being more mindful of what we eat and participants were given a simple tick box exercise to record what they ate across 3 days in terms of vegetables, fruit, protein, carbohydrates and water. Just this simple exercise has helped them realise where they needed to change regarding proportions of these dietary components.
The most common comment was how much better they feel already by just making minor changes and how good it feels to be doing it! Simples! - AND the happy consequence has been weight loss by just being mindful - WOW!
This week I have be talking about the Super Simple Colour Code System and the different foods and proportions required for optimum health and of course consequential weight loss - Simples!
That's the beauty - no deprivation, no fads , just facts that are already after one week getting results for the better - for good! Simples!

We'll be discussing, in light of the most recent research, the importance of gut health and the benefits of fasting which is so hugely beneficial to our health and how to incorporate it with the Colour Code System - simply and effectively from the start!
