Putting Yourself Top of Your List!

Exciting times at Lindsey Fitness..... in order to free up an evening slot for my Thought Field Therapy Clients I have taken the Wednesday Evening Wodson Park Fitness Pilates Class on line!

After a trial with the Wednesday Group a few weeks ago I was encouraged and inspired to have a session filmed and a promotional video made - Teddy was delighted to be involved as you will see and took the relaxation element to the full!

It can now be found in a Private Facebook group where participants can join me for a LIVE Session 'from my lounge to yours' every Wednesday at 6.30pm.

Lindsey Fitness Pilates

This session is available to Platinum and Annual members so please let me know if you would like to be invited into the group, Alternatively If you would like to try a session FREE then just get in touch and I will be happy to do that for you.

The beauty is if I have a TFT Client or 6.30pm for the LIVE Session is not convenient to you , you can of course choose a replay to workout at a time to suit you!
