I hope you may have been watching and enjoying the Vlogs from Janet Thomson on the Lindsey Fitness Facebook page this week. Janet has been delivering one of her 5 Day Champney Retreats from Forest Mere and posts a video every day. These videos are hugely informational will very often strike a chord, a realisation of your behaviours / habits around food choices and how to make them better - fascinating

It has struck me this week how those members now following the Placebo Diet Colour Code System and Reset programmes in classes with me have changed.....for the better. Significant health changes for some that have meant reducing or even eliminating medication in some cases. Better energy and vitality and consequential weight loss - without the stress or pressure of being on or off a 'diet'.

So if you haven't yet or would like to discover how the Placebo Diet can work for you I am inviting you ( if you are not already of course) to the Nutritional Coaching Sessions at Lindsey Fitness throughout January.
