The Thursday Evening Fitness Bootcamp continues outdoors at Ridgeway Academy with functional , fun and challenging sessions for all abilities. Also the Saturday HiiT Session at Monks Walk continues to be a highly popular class for many - the best way to launch into the weekend.
Another popular session is the Candlelight De Stress Fitness Pilates every Friday - pre booking essential for this class.
The Colour Code System within the Nutritional Coaching sessions at Lindsey Fitness is changing lives for the healthier in mind and body and I am already signing up members and non- members for the October Colour Fast Reset programme starting September 30th - Booking details for remaining places will be published in the newsletter soon.
