Working as a group at Lindsey Fitness within the Nutritional Coaching sessions, Fitness Classes (indoor and out), the Running Club or even on line in a working Facebook group proves to be as enjoyable as it is beneficial to the participant..

The support , encouragement, challenge and sheer camaraderie all lend themselves to results and a sense of achievement and improvement.
