What a perfectly lovely Race for Life Weekend at Stanborough - an event supported by Lindsey Fitness for the last 21 years, all the more special this year now families and the boys can take part and the weather was perfect too! (Read more later in the newsletter)

Monday saw the start of the 2019 HiiT the Park series and some fabulous early morning workouts that left participants energised, empowered and fat burning the rest of the day. We even had our own flypast of 5 Dakota Aircraft heading to Portsmouth for the D Day Commemoration Service on Wednesday Morning!

Welwyn Hatfield CRUK Race for Life 2019

The sun shone on the CRUK Race for Life Welwyn Hatfield 2019 last weekend which once again saw a great turnout from Lindsey Fitness Members , family and friends for the 21st year of these nationwide events.

It was just brilliant to have the boys now included and made for such a family feel with participants of all ages and abilities taking part in a very happy day but most importantly raising vital funds for continued research into the prevention and cure of cancer.

Thank you to members who once again helped with setup and hostessing of the Lindsey Fitness Hospitality area - where a glass of celebratory fizz was the order of the day and sharing of participants 5km achievements.

Special Congratulations to our 2019 Race for Life newbies who have trained with the Running Club these past 5 weeks and completed what they set out to do so very well !
