Why not artificial sweeteners? . . you may ask . .
I am always shocked how people still use artificial sweeteners as a good approach to good health and weight loss. Noooooooo STOP!!!
Things with artificial sweeteners in do not even taste that good. if your palette is normalised you will taste them for what they truly are . . Not good!
Research has shown that when you place unnatural chemicals like this into your body and continue with that regime over a long period of time, the results are always detrimental to health but only the minority of people that know the truth are willing to admit to
it.
My advice to you would be to stay away from anything UN-natural.
No diet colas, no sweetener tablets in your hot drinks . . .You get the picture? . . and when you are shopping check the labels for ingredients like aspartame, sucralose and saccharin or any artificial sweetener. .and
AVOID!!!!
