Today I am going to share with you 4 unusual things that exercise helps with.
Did you know that regular exercise can:-
- Improve Memory (Hooray! No more running downstairs and then forgetting what you came down for).
- Reverse Stress Damage (If you have felt stress, remember when you didn't and that will be your new normal).
- Give You Extra Energy (Have you noticed how some people make noises as they get up of the floor or sofa - You will be a silent mover, good eh).
- Helps Ward Off Disease - (Research has shown your immune system will get a kickstart and work more efficiently).
In my capacity of health & well being instructor I think it's a great idea for everyone to participate in activity in any way shape or form. Even if you are not with me make sure you do something.
