Another Fantastic Trip...

Lindsey Fitness in the Algarve

Another wonderful trip with members and friends to Alvor in the Algarve ends and many happy memories and friendships have again been made.

Its a 'Fitness and Bootcamp' trip like no other to be sure. From the optional morning group runs into the town or a power walk beside the sea, followed by a HiiT session to suit all ages abilities next to this beautiful beach.

This is the picture of one of the stunning sunsets from the hotel rooms - the warm sunny days were just blissful and so rejuvenating in the wake of our British Winter - what a pick me up!

The fun and camaraderie is infectious with many new friendships and connections made - what's not to love about that?

Three very luxurious Spa treatments are included with this Love My Leisure package along with delicious buffet breakfasts and evening meals . Hot drinks during the day and alcohol in the evenings are also included to enhance the value of this now very popular annual trip.

We will be booking next years trip very shortly and are considering the Cyprus package for 2020.
