Janet has been delivering the Placebo Diet along with the practical mind set techniques that we now know change the bad behaviours and habits surrounding food and eating for good! Its been facinating and exciting to work with some amazing participants and see them changing in just a matter of days.
I continue to learn so much from this amazing woman which enables me as a Placebo Diet Coach to deliver the Placebo Diet in classes and online.

The March 14 Day Colourfast Reset finished on Sunday with some more truly outstanding transformations. I just love mentoring the participants on this phenomenal programme. To witness their changes mentally and physically is mind blowing as well as very satisfying I have to say.
The consequence of those changes have been weight losses ranging between 3.5lbs and 1 stone 4lbs.....inch losses of 5 - 11 inches but more importantly mind set changes participants can hardly beleive....

I eat the wrong food because the cupboards are empty of the right choices or I'm eating on the go or eating because I am exhausted and need a pick me up. With three kids there is never me time for me to exercise. In two weeks I've proved I can plan ahead with my food choices and I have got up at 5.30 every day for two weeks to exercise.
Unheard of! I am planning my meals a few days in advance around the kids clubs and rushing around as usual. It can be done! Who knew?
I feel at last I have a foundation to set off and achieve the body I know I should be living in. I don't want to end up a obese statistic heading for diabetes or heart failure. This is helping me to be a better example to my kids.
