If you eat eggs, are you confused with what the different types are?

For example free range represents a vision of happy little chickens running around in a lovely field eating what they need from the environment . . .

. . . BUT free range they might be but most are still fed with feed containing harmful,chemical growth hormones that you will ingest if you eat them.

On The Placebo Diet we say……

 . . .for the greater good of your health, especially your liver, always buy ORGANIC eggs.
