Somebody asked me a very
good question.
It was about getting the best out of any of the fitness classes.
I said there were a number of things to consider but here is one.
We need to create balance in our mind and have a healthy mindset.
. . .So......Do this . . .
- Find a quiet space.
- Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
- Now Breatheeeeeeee! . . . . . . .. Focus on your breathing and when the mind wants to wander keep focusing on your breath.
- Do it for 10 or 15 minutes per day, preferably in the morning. (Set a timer on your watch or phone - or even your “Alexa”).
- When you have done that carry on with your day.
Simples . .!
After a few days you should notice the difference.
