I had heard ahead through Janet Thomson that the Placebo Diet and Lindsey Fitness Member Helena Arrandale-Hall were to be featured in the Online Daily Mail Femail page.

The Lindsey Fitness Running Club Members did it again at two County events last weekend .

Traditionally the first official running event of the year for our spring marathon runners the Fred Hughes 10 Mile in St Albans (pictured right) and the Essendon 10km.

Huge Congratulations to all! - I couldn't be prouder of what we all do but especially to Fred Hughes first timers Miranda Trenchard, Trish Henderson and Gary Noad training for their first Half Marathons in the New Forest this Autumn.

Lindsey Fitness Member Carol 'Hotwheels' Hopkins runs the 'Clean up WGC Group'

Carol has organised a Community Litter Pick on Sunday 27th January at Money Hole Playing Fields in Panshanger.

Members of Lindsey Fitness Running Club are already signed up and would love as many other members as possible to join us to help for an hour or so.

To support this event please contact Carol:

Litter Pick equipment will be provided and your help to make a difference would be hugely appreciated.

Carol also asks that you wear old clothes, and suitable footwear.

The Litter pick will be cancelled at short notice in the event of adverse weather conditions.
