We're off, up and running ... and loving the new class format!
The four classes that now include the Group Nutritional Coaching Sessions are proving educational empowering, enlightening and interactive as was hoped for and will continue to do so in support of each other. Learning and achieving together will be so exciting as well as life transforming with this fabulous program - and never having to 'diet'
again!!
The Colour Code System is the way to better health and once started, the amazing place where you live -your body - responds very quickly - members who got started as soon as their program was purchased are already reporting less bloating, increased energy, better skin, less joint pain, taking less medication...... oh and weight loss.!!!!! They are simply are loving the foods that are already
proving to love them back - it's a no brainer when you realise it!
On that the point the Slimmer of the Week Certificate will become the Achiever of the Week presented to the member who has lost the most weight to achieve a new goal at each of the 4 classes on the program.
As I relayed in class, there is no rush to do this, use the Simple Quick Start Guide in the Lindsey Fitness Starter Pack to
commence your Health Journey. Each week in class I will deliver another element of this fabulous program from Janet Thomson , something that you can take and use to implement or store to make the changes you need at a pace that suits you.
There are plenty of resources in the pack to use as and when you want - the more you know the better you do and the faster the benefits.
The meditative and educational
audios are proving quite ' mind blowing' and can be used as often as you want, you will take on something more each time you listen or read and you will have them forever.
Establishing the Placebo Diet in classes for my current members is a priority for me ahead of the New Year which of course is a traditional time for people to address weight and fitness dilemmas. It means Lindsey Fitness members will be ahead of the game and setting a precedent
in the Diet & Fitness Industry as it currently stands - I am so happy you are on this Journey with me.
