How are you this week? ....How are you feeling? Sluggish, heavy, bloated, negative and lethargic or full off energy, vitality, positivity and zest for life, younger than your
years?
The latter I sincerely hope.....how you feel genuinely may well be down to and in many cases is what you eat and more significantly the balance of your gut bacteria.
If you have been at classes you know that every week now I talk to you from Janet Thomsons brilliant blogs on how the body works , what we should be doing and eating to achieve a better health status and related weight loss. Eating foods that
will sustain us , reduce cravings ( and waistlines!) and protect us from many diseases including some cancers.
My attention was drawn this week to a brilliant programme on Channel 4 on Diet & Gut Health and HALLELUJAH it relates to everything Janet is educating us in with The Placebo Diet and the Colour Code System . The results achieved by the volunteers in just 2 weeks was PHENOMENAL with everyone
improving their gut health significantly, feeling so much better physically and mentally ....HEALTHIER outside and in! with the happy bonus of weight loss!
