Bring plenty of water to classes ( I always carry spare), and I will always adapt the exercise in extreme weather
- you are perfectly safe to exercise in the heat as long as you are well.
With the prospect of Summer holidays on the not too distant horizon for many, staying on track with classes and nutrition is as important as ever.
Weekends too..... The Saturday Morning sessions are ROCKING...and early enough not to interfere with weekend plans . The 8am Hiit class is now hugely popular with members
of all abilities , boys and girls and is still the fastest and most effective way to get in shape. The Freestyle Aerobics follows at 9am with added optional flare on your familiar choreography. With more members doing ' double bubble' back to back classes (there is even a cuppa available between sessions!) Monks Walk on a Saturday is becoming THE place to be AND the healthiest way so start your weekend
