Isn't it amazing how quickly November seems to settle in? The mornings are cooler, the evenings draw in, and with each change of season, I find myself reflecting on the small shifts that make the biggest difference to our health and fitness journeys. This week, I want to share something close to my heart— the role of the Placebo Diet in enhancing not just what we eat, but
how we move, think, and feel every day. I am excited to be starting the November Reset on Monday with those of you signed up, we are already 'priming' and ready to start a week of preparation ahead of our 14 day intermittent fasting 'deep clean'. Regular Resets ( 2/3 times a year) help us continue the next part of our health and fitness journey of always being our best version. We are of course forever a work in progress, our bodies are the place where we live. We only get one and it
deserves to be looked after. so that it can look after you!

Colour Fast Power Bowl Recipe
This week, why not try a vibrant Colour Fast Power Bowl? It’s a Placebo Diet favourite—full of colour, flavour, and nutrients to keep your body and mind energised.
Ingredients (serves 2):
1 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice
1 small sweet potato, roasted and cubed
1/2 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 red pepper, sliced
1/2 avocado, sliced
2 handfuls
baby spinach or rocket
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Drizzle of olive oil
Pinch of smoked paprika
Instructions:
Layer the quinoa or rice in two bowls.
Top with roasted sweet potato, chickpeas, red pepper, avocado, and greens.
Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, and dust with smoked paprika.
