I am thrilled at the comments and messages received from those members using the Lindsey Fitness YouTube workout library in my absence..
Gary and I have been using it too for some workouts alongside walking and running with Frank the Vizsla and Gary's golf. I'll be LIVE from Spain this Saturday morning on
Lindsey Fitness Home for a 'Holiday Short' workout including HiiT, Weights and a Walkfit and again on Monday morning for a Mindfulness and Mobilisation session with Lindsey Fitness Members.
The weather here is above average at the moment, and pretty humid too so exercising first thing in the morning is preferable, today I walked Frank for 3 miles along the coast while Gary went off to play golf.
Walking means so much more can be observed and appreciated around you and doing it early means it doesn't impact on the rest of your day. I also find it helps mood, thoughts and life priming too.
Now that Summer has arrived could you make more time to exercise first thing? - whether its an online exercise mini session, or getting out in the fresh air for a 30 minute power walk and keeping a step count for the week -
you could set a target to meet or beat each day/week too! Encourage friends to walk with you or join the Lindsey Fitness Running Club power walking group every Sunday morning. DM me your exercise pics or share them on the Lindsey Fitness members home group - I'd love to see them.
