A very Happy New year to you and your family.....I hope you have had a great Christmas., enjoying precious time with loved ones, and also giving yourself a chance to relax with some mindful time out too.
Whilst we should of course be looking after ourselves all year round, every single day - a New Year is always a popular time to address and focus on some
new health, nutrition and fitness goals.
We are bombarded with the latest fads and trends, offers, ads and promises left, right and centre - but truth be known we all absolutely know what we should of shouldn't be doing quite naturally......Eat Better, Move More. Those that have followed the Placebo Diet with me for the last 6 years really know what the body craves in order to look, feel and be it's best version all the time. I know those booked
for the January Reset can't wait to go the extra mile starting on Monday.
There are still a couple of spaces to join them if you haven't yet booked.
My Reset will have to wait until May as I am training these next 16 weeks for the London Marathon in April, but I am just as focused on my nutrition to support my training for this of course.
I have posted a
delicious Green Detox Smoothie recipe in Food Matters this week for you to try - I'm a great fan of smoothies because of the concentrated and diversity of the nutritional elements and have one at least 3 times a week for my Meal 1.
The Spotlight article this week is on moving more, and being fit for the life you lead through simple mobility, strength and flexibility exercises. To encourage you all
classes resume from Saturday morning starting at Monks Walk School, and there are FREE EXTRA CLASSES on offer for Lindsey Fitness Monthly Paying Members.
