Hello There!
Oh the disappointment - but we can be so very proud of how far we got... all the way to the EUROS final, beaten only by a Spanish team who had been pretty much faultless throughout the tournament, we couldn't have lost to a more deservig
team.
So proud too of the Summer Resetters , nothing can bring bring us down having smashed the programme pretty much faultlessly too. We are now in the last few days of the very succinct fasting protocol and feeling pretty awesome it has to be said.
The 24 hour fasts we had built up to last Sunday and Monday were a breeze and held no fear or hardship. We were safe and comfortable in the
knowledge our bodies were totally ready, full of nutrients, ready to do what was needed through the fast. Carrying out maintenance , repair and a 'deep clean' uninterrupted by food - a thorough MOT if you like. The recipes shared by us have been so delicious - I have posted an insanely tasty Spiced Roasted Cauliflower recipe in Food Matters this week. Use as a side or main meal- so yummy!
The next reset will be in October, with interest already being registered and I currently have one available space left for the 121 - 6 week mentoring package. Helping YOU to better, the right way on YOUR terms.
Apologies for having to cancel the Presdales class again this week, but I only received notice from the school on Saturday -
so was unable to secure another venue in time. Well done and thank you to those coming across to another class, using an online session or getting out for a walk instead.
In my other role as an Independent Family Celebrant, I attended a Women's Business Networking group last week. It's a chance to promote, share and chat about what you do, with like minded women who are also passionate about what they do. I met a really
lovely lady called Shoshana who has founded a charity called help 4 the homeless. Shoshana works tirelessly to help provide food, clothes, support and essentials for rough sleepers and the homeless in Hertfordshire and Central London. We chatted at length, and I asked about how I might help in some small way. So this week I have highlighted the amazing work the charity does and how you can perhaps help too. Just a small gesture that will help and mean a lot
,kindness costs nothing, and giving it will always make you feel better too.
Thank you in anticipation
Have a positive and active week, and I'll see you in classes and online.
Love Lindsey xxx
