Happy Easter...and Spring has truly arrived ....at last! Please remember to put your clocks FORWARD one hour from 2am to 3am on Sunday morning as we embrace lighter evenings and longer days - Hooray!
With the Bank Holiday upon us, there is the chance to
spend quality time with family and friends this weekend maybe, take time to cook a special meal (see this weeks FOOD MATTERS) or get out and exercise in the Spring air and hopefully some sunshine.
I'll be joining our Marathon girls Jacqui Brown and Jade Marriott tomorrow (Good Friday) for their final long training run of 22 miles and we will be joined by other members of the Lindsey Fitness running club supporting
us on route from Welwyn Garden down to Hertford, to Ware and back along the river.
The Saturday HiiT and Walkfit Classes run as usual on Saturday - please don't forget to book in for the sessions in advance.
There is an open invitation to join me on Sunday for an Easter Day Walk - family , friends and dogs welcome. Starting out
at 9am (for an hour or so) from Money Hole Playing Fields Car Park through to beautiful Panshanger Park - just let me know you will be joining us.
The April Reset private Facebook group will open on Sunday for those signed up ahead of our preparation week from Monday and I have sent you all details of where to access your resources.

As Monday is a Bank Holiday there is NO Presdales Class and the Mindfulness & Mobilisation LIVE Online session will be Tuesday this coming week. All other classes are running as normal.
