8.30am - A challenging and fun HiiT Class featuring a variety of Intervals. Cardio, Strength and Conditioning exercises to music, we include working with hand weights , kettlebells and mat work . All levels catered for.
9.30am - Walkfit tm
- Low impact, funtional cardio and strength walking workouts. 5000+ steps and over 2 miles in 45 minutes without leaving the room!
Sunday Mornings - Lindsey Fitness Running Club
Power walks and training runs from 5km to Marathon distance.
