Phew ....a busy week started last Saturday with the HiiT and Walkfit classes at Monks Walk School which is always the best start to any weekend to get your mood and energy up!
Sunday was the Half Marathon in Windsor Great Park. A truly beautiful and historic setting to enjoy a 13.1 mile run! My longest run since the London Marathon back in April I was delighted to be there
supporting LFRC members Jacqui Brown and Jade Marriot (pictured) as they start putting the miles in leading up to London 2024. We all had fabulous runs in this beautiful location. Over 3000 participants sharing the Royal Park with spectators and..... wildlife - I had had to catch my breathe at mile 4 as a magnificent Stag ran past the stream of runners - just beautiful!
The September Reset finished on Sunday too, with 7 participants ( including myself)
feeling absolutely rejuvenated and empowered in mind and body .....and collectively almost 4 stones lost!!!! Its never the end however, its the start of continuing to be the best version of ourselves. That said I can't wait to bring you the next self care online programme with Janet herself in November.
