We managed a full timetable of classes last week, that were adapted somewhat due to the weather to be safe, but still effective and fun - well done all!
Remember classes can be booked up to 6 weeks in advance, so you can diarise your fitness or book alternative classes if you can't make your regular
session.
I always love ( and much appreciate) members introducing their friends to classes.
I am also always very aware that the first class for someone can be pretty daunting, as well as there being a degree of self consciousness when taking part. There is always a warm welcome and words of encouragement to put them at ease from the start. Then to be rewarded at the end of the
session with that smile of achievement and enjoyment and very often surprise - knowing they managed to do the class - I love my job as much as ever and new and returning members are always so welcome to try any of my classes FREE.
