BUENOS DIAS.....we are having the best time in L'Escala balancing good food and drinking a bit more alcohol of course along with exercise, rest and relaxation.
This is when I am happiest. I have never been able to NOT exercise on holiday as not doing any really doesn't make me feel good. I need to move my body to
stop it stiffening up. I was also excited this year to run with Frank the Vizsla (in the early mornings before it gets too hot) - just so exhilarating!
The 'Shorts' classes are working well too, it's just great to be working out LIVE with you online - it certainly keeps the endorphins up!
. I still eat mindfully and nutritionally well in the main when I'm away. Gut health and
intermittent fasting is still a priority, that in turn helps with weight maintenance on holiday for me. But my mindset is such that I don't beat myself up for drinking more alcohol than usual and choosing foods that aren't quite so abundantly nutrient dense on occasion because I have the confidence of control . This is because of the Placebo Diet programmes I have followed and delivered these last 6 years.
However ,
nothing gives me greater pleasure than working with you to help you change for the better too. So if you haven't already signed up the July Reset the next mentored programme starts as soon as I return - and this time next month you could be feeling a whole lot better ahead of your holiday too.
