so good to be going out to classes that start in daylight and will be finishing in daylight after the clocks go forward this Sunday ...at last!

Starting or even getting back to it can be daunting.....you know you need to, you know you should, but how to
start?
I was out on my Tuesday morning walk earlier this week with Frank the Vizsla, and happened to bump into Lindsey Fitness member
lovely Lesley Turner and her dog Floss. Lesley returned to the aerobics class at Monks Walk School at the end of last year. I commended Lesley on how well she was doing . We talked about the classes and Lesley said how immensely she was enjoying them, and was so glad to be back and wished she hadn't stopped!
I am so very aware that coming back or even starting can be an issue for many, and am always happy to chat in confidence with
anyone who would like to talk about their level of fitness and ability and what might be right for them before trying a class. I do know that everyone should be doing something, and it is my passion to help those that want to find a way. The age range at classes is 30's to 80's - it's never too late to get started or re-started. The Lindsey Fitness classes are always friendly and welcoming, a class that is fun as well as achievable, somewhere you will be encouraged to work
at your level. Try a class of your choice FREE - then decide if it's for you, there is no obligation to join. I'd love to hear from you.
