I had to smile this week whilst out walking with Frank the Vizsla, signs of Spring at last! Snowdrops are blooming and crocuses, daffodil and bluebell shoots are emerging everywhere. We even spied a tractor out ploughing a field ready to seed! Sure signs that certainly give us hope the cold, dark, snowy, icy, rain , blustery Winter
is almost over - Yippee!
I was however, totally blown away by the January Resetters on their Graduation day following a week of preparation and then 2 weeks of intermittent fasting. Planning, shopping for, preparing and eating the most delicious and nutritious meals, understanding how the mind and body works and changing their thoughts and habits surrounding food. Resulting in empowerment to go forward with total confidence knowing they will never have to 'diet' again
because they now know and understand how to be the best version of themselves ...and to lose weight. The bonus of all this was of course the consequential weight losses of between 6 - 11lbs and substantial inch loss for them all ... but more than that is how they now feel, and that is SOOOOO GOOD!

a different relationship with food now and love the fact that there is no weighing and measuring - you eat until you're full - which is surprisingly earlier than you think! The recipes are very easy to make and all delicious! I've found the fasting very easy and love that my body has changed in just 2 weeks! Lindsey's mini HiiT sessions are great, and she is there all the time to support and encourage and to answer questions! I feel so much healthier and happier at last!
