We're off .....The November Resetters have been preparing both their minds and bodies this week ahead of our 14 day intermittent fasting regime that starts from next Monday. It's one of the regular Resets I do for myself each year, so I am fully invested mentoring the programme as
well as doing it along with a fantastic group of people!
The preparation week involves familiarising (or refamiliarizing) ourselves with the principles of intermittent fasting, and all the other resources of the reset including the guided meditations and techniques to embed the changes. We also do meal preparation of the fantastic recipes provided so that nothing gets in the way of being the very best version of ourselves from the start.
This week I did a Body
Composition analysis for myself, I was thrilled to see that muscle mass and bone mass have both increased! - I had been somewhat concerned this may have been affected by my Hysterectomy last year, and the Colour Code System and regular Resets prove their worth with my weight down and stable.
I was further thrilled this week when one of my previous Resetters got in touch. Tracey did the very first mentored reset I delivered four years ago and
continues to do them once or twice a year, Tracey has just returned from a fabulous holiday in the States........and was over the moon at not gaining any weight , in fact after a week back she is 2lbs more down!. She celebrated by sending me her 'before' picture taken at the start of her first reset 4 years ago and what she calls her 'Victory' picture taken this week. How wonderful to see, Tracey is over two and a half stones down (and keeps down) and over 14 inches down....gone forever
and clearly living her best life!
