WHOOO HOOOOOO ......WALKFIT at Lindsey Fitness
kicked off last Saturday Morning at Monks Walk School. It was just wonderful to see past members and new participants trying out this new fitness class alongside the regulars. Those taking part totally embraced and clearly thoroughly enjoyed the session. Smiles, fun, giggles and a great all round workout . Here are just a couple of the lovely comments received after......
"Thanks so much for this morning it was great fun! - I'd forgotten how tricky I find it to get my arms going in the right order. Its a tribute to your teaching technique that I didn't feel in the least bit embarrassed at just waving them about any old how!"

Red-faced , sweaty but happy, 30 minutes and almost 5,000 steps later it was
decided that a Saturday Morning was the preferred and ideal time for the block of sessions planned going forward. Those already booked for the course were happy to swap to Saturday too. 5 weeks of WALKFIT commences at Monks Walk School this Saturday 9.30am - 10.15am. There is an inaugural course offer of 5 sessions for the price of 4 -.
