It seems the Summer is drawing to it's end with some cooler Autumnal mornings  and rain (at last) this week. The change of seasons heralds the start of something new for many or getting back to things for others. 

Despite being bombarded in recent weeks about the ever escalating energy crisis and all the problems and worry that brings as the weather changes - there is certainly a 'good' energy at Lindsey Fitness. There is so much going on with the September Reset, launch of WALKFIT  and a wonderful mini Spa Retreat - to rejuvenate and inspire you physically, nutritionally and mentally - I'm in as I have been invited by Janet Thomson to Guest present!

The September Reset then is in full force with the preparation week, and participants are fully focused on a deep cleanse of mind and body over these next two weeks . I love how excited they are to do the programme, and the benefits it will bring them.  Lindsey Fitness Running Club London Marathon participants (including myself) are fully committed now to the final 20 mile long run training this coming weekend. I completed mine this morning in order to car support the other runners and walkers on Sunday. The London Marathon takes place in London and virtually on Sunday 2nd October.

With holidays over and children back to school classes both online and face to face are in full attendance again. It's lovely to see you together again and the energy it creates. I am also thrilled at the sign up response to the launch of WALKFIT on Saturday 17th September at Monks Walk School - now just 8 days away!! The Launch event is FREE for all members, non-members, family and friends literally to try it out . There will then follow a 4 week programme on Tuesday evenings at Monks Walk School at 7.30pm. - please note if you can't make the launch event you can still sign up for the 4 week programme commencing 27th September.
