Hi
Hello July .... and not the best start for me personally as I was still testing positive for COVID on Tuesday after 9 days. As of this morning (Thursday) I have tested negative at last on DAY 11.!!!!
I just can't wait to be back full throttle from this coming Saturday F2F at Monks Walk for the HiiT class. Please book your F2F classes as normal for the coming week.
A massive thank you for your patience and concern , it has been so appreciated.
I was however, thrilled to rejoin Lindsey Fitness Members back online with classes earlier this week . The morning Mindfulness and Mobilisation session has ben a joy as I return to exercise and It's been brilliant to introduce WALKFIT to my members with some mini taster sessions of this innovative but simple concept to get everyone moving or moving more - whatever your fitness level. It has been thoroughly enjoyed by us online and I can't wait
to launch it to the wider audience in September F2F.
.So as I build back to fitness it is just so important to check that I am doing the very best by me. Although I am not resetting directly with the July group myself this time, it really helps me to check I am doing everything I can to aid my recovery. It's not rocket science and I am comforted to know that of course all the Placebo Diet Colour Code principles I have put in place and deliver to members still hold true for being your very best version whatever
comes your way,
Earlier this week I read a very interesting (and reassuring) article on the foods we should be eating to fight COVID and how your nutrition can help to keep you as healthy as possible whatever we face.
Research suggests that people who eat a healthy diet rich in plant-based foods are less likely to get COVID-19. Eating this way can also help you recover if you have the virus.
Scientists from the ZOE COVID study the largest of its kind, have found that people who ate a high-quality diet, rich in plant-based foods, were 10% less likely to get COVID-19 and 40% less likely to get severe COVID-19 requiring treatment in the hospital.
In this article, you can discover what the latest research says about the link between food and COVID-19, find out what foods to eat and to avoid, and what to eat if you do have COVID-19.
