Back home after a wonderful and much needed holiday, happy with a run at the Welwyn 10km event last Sunday then.....
felt a bit shivery on Monday lunchtime, so I did a Lateral Flow test and am positive for COVID!
I am so sorry ( and rather miffed ) that I have had to cancel classes this week both F2F and online. I am resting, drinking plenty of fluids, sipping chicken bone broth and energy cleansing with tapping so I am back with you a soon as I get a negative test. Please book your classes in the usual way for this Monday onwards, as I fully intend to be back - Negative Lateral Flow Test permitting.
I am very happy and impressed that Lindsey Fitness members made such good use of the online replay sessions during my time away and have continued them now in my enforced absence this week too - Well done you lot!
The Summer months are a great time to embrace, enhance , increase or indeed get started with fitness. If you already have an established fitness routine, take a look at how you could change it up. Maybe do more of or indeed try a different Lindsey Fitness session. The lighter days also provide a great opportunity to get out in the fresh air for a walk in the early mornings or evenings .
Last week I mentioned I have recently trained and qualified as a WALKFIT Instructor and will be introducing taster 'snippet' sessions to Lindsey Fitness Members Online and in Classes in the coming weeks ahead of a proposed Masterclass Launch in September - I'm very excited to be starting this initiative, suitable for all but aimed at getting the inactive and exercise shy on the road to Fitness too.
