As always I hope this newsletter finds you fit and well this week nearly halfway through February.

With Valentines Day next Monday my thought for you this week is how much do you love your 'self' and especially how much do you love your body? Not necessarily from a visual perspective, although we are realistically a reflection of how we treat ourselves - but how well do you look after and therefore love everything your body does for you?
After all we came into this world quite perfect, were nurtured, nourished, shaped and loved by our parents then handed over that responsibility as we grew up.
So how much do you REALLY love yourself?
Really loving yourself means eating the food that loves us back, doing the things that keep us as the best version of ourselves. Equally adequate exercise, sleep and rest all play a massive part in keeping our bodies healthy and functioning 24/7 as they are designed to physically and physiologically. We are amazing beings if you think about it - but our body can't do it alone. We are forever a work in progress with YOU firmly in place as it's project
manager.
With that in mind then are you 'loving' yourself as well as you should to be the fittest and healthiest you can be - when you have a healthy body you will by default, be a healthy weight. Now none of us are perfect in what we eat and do but making a difference to be so 80 - 90% of the time will get you there . However finding your way to that balance can be difficult especially if you have spent years and years of 'practicing' bad habits then trying
different things to remedy that - quick fixes that promise everything but ultimately deliver nothing. Let me then help you to help yourself, to teach you how to really love yourself .....it's what Lindsey Fitness is for!
