Brrrrrrr .....cold , crisp, icy and bright as the countdown to Christmas accelerates. Christmas parties, meals and gatherings a plenty in the coming weeks after missing out so much last year of course.
This can present a precarious time for your health, not just because of COVID and not least of all your waistline! We are bombarded with media visions of food and behaviours that are literally 'priming' us to follow suit - and a very slippery slope to consequential weight gain.
So where are you at at this point? .....what if any, are your intentions for Christmas? , because what ever you are thinking or 'priming' ... so it will be!
Will this be yet another December to tell yourself, "it's too late now I'll sort myself out in the New Year". Thus giving yourself the excuse to literally 'fly tip' your body for the next 4 weeks and wish you hadn't . Come New Year you will be bombarded with a plethora of 'the ultimate, quick fix diet plans - that profess to really work - and really
DON'T - leaving you even more overweight, lethargic, thoroughly confused and upset with yourself , wishing you hadn't.
But what if it doesn't need to be like that?
NOW is an important time to put yourself first before the mayhem overwhelms and overtakes, leaving you bottom of your Christmas list.
