So lets be positive about this.. It really is about focusing now on what we can do and not dwelling on what we can't. Let's find gratitude for something in every day, lets be the very best version of who we can be and what we can do to embrace that.
In the first instance be kind to yourself, do what lifts you and makes you feel better. Putting yourself first isn't selfish , its essential to be the best version of you in order to best serve those around you. I know for me daily tapping and exercise along with my running and 'Frank' walking is key to my mood and energy levels.
