BOOM ......and into November with some very wet and windy weather along with some brilliant Autumnal sunshine too!

A huge thank you for the many lovely gifts, flowers, cards, messages and birthday wishes received last weekend - what a spoilt and very lucky girl! I am truly grateful for all the wonderful members, friends and family in my life.

This last week was tinged with some sadness however as two of my most 'senior' members took their leave of the Wodson Park Class. Octogenarians Myra Allen and Julie Morriss (pictured) have both been members at my classes for over 16 years and will be hugely missed by us all.

News this week that the booster Coronavirus jab is now available to the over 50's as a walk in service. You are now eligible for this service if you had your 2nd vaccination 6 months (182 days) or more ago. Such good news as we head into these next few months and I for one will be going for mine later this month and encourage you, family and friends to do so too.

One of the gifts for my birthday was a lovely pink, stainless steel (therefore reusable) water bottle. With climate change and the dire consequences we face very much on the agenda this week, at the COP26 summit in Glasgow - are you doing your bit?

I was shocked to learn that the plastic from bottled water can only be recycled 3 times before it ends up in landfill !!! I am pleased to see an increasing number of members at classes bring their water in reusable bottles, as will I going forward. Please encourage friends and family to do the same or why not consider one as a Christmas gift this year?. Link to the one I was gifted below .

The November Resetters are well into their preparation week as they head towards two intermittent fasting weeks starting from Monday. I can't help but be excited for what they are about to do and achieve. They will find themselves in the very best place ahead of the festive season and into their New Year in control with out worry or fear.

The next Reset is January and will be BOOKING SOON!
